Dressing:

- 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning (use 1/2 tsp for dressing)
- 2/3 cup water
- 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce (or Romaine)
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 oz prepared salsa
- 1 (12 oz) package frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1/2 to 1 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups shredded Colby cheese (or cheddar)
- 1-2 avocados, peeled and cubed
Preparation:
Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, and taco seasoning. Set aside.
