Ingredients:

  • 500g fat-free minced beef
  • 500g Italian sausages
  • 1 Can (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 2 Cans (24 oz each) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large egg, whipped
  • 130g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, divided
  • 12 lasagne noodles
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Cook lasagne noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: In a large skillet, brown the minced beef and Italian sausages over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat.
