  • 4 ears corn on the cob (cut into 3-4 inch pieces)
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 pound clams (scrubbed)
  • 1 pound pre-cooked crab legs
  • 1 pound smoked sausage (cut into 1-inch pieces, kielbasa or andouille preferred)
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined, tails on)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation:

  1. Cut 2 lemons into quarters. Slice the remaining lemon into wedges for garnish.
  2. Fill a large pot with 14-16 cups of water. Add the quartered lemons, Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes and cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.

  6. Add shrimp and sausage. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
