Perfectly Crispy Roast Beef with Fondant Potatoes: A Gourmet Delight
Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 pounds beef roast (sirloin or ribeye)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped

- 6 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cylinders

Preparation:
Roasting the Beef:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the beef roast generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the roast until all sides are browned.
- Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped rosemary over the roast.

Resting and Serving:
- Allow the roast to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
