  • 2 medium eggs (120 g in shell)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 100 g sugar (for coating)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (adjust to taste)
  • Melted chocolate or Nutella (for dipping)

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, and sugar to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add the flour all at once and stir vigorously. Cook the mixture for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, until a smooth dough forms. A thin white layer may form on the bottom of the pan, which is normal. Transfer the dough to a bowl, flatten it slightly, and let it cool for 5 minutes.
