- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. allspice
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
Peach Ingredients:
- 2 cans of peaches
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10” Bundt pan with cooking spray and dust with flour.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg. Set aside.
- Beat softened butter until creamy, then add granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by Greek yogurt and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in half the flour mixture, then the remaining flour, and finally the cubed cream cheese.
