- ¼ Cup granulated sugar
- ¼ Cup golden brown sugar

- ½ Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1½ Cup sour cream
- 2½ Cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- ½ Tbsp. salt
- ¼ Tbsp. ground nutmeg
For the Glaze:
- 3 Cups powdered sugar
- ½ Cup salted butter, melted
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation:
