Ingredients:
- 3 packages French Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 5 cups whole milk
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 small container Cool Whip (thawed)
- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 6 ripe bananas
Preparation:
In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 packages of French Vanilla Instant Pudding with 5 cups of whole milk. Whisk vigorously or use a mixer until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
Add 8 ounces of sour cream to the pudding mixture and blend until smooth. Gently fold in 1 small container of thawed Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
In a 9×13 glass baking dish, create layers starting with vanilla wafers, followed by sliced ripe bananas, and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with a generous topping of pudding. For a crunchy finish, crumble a few vanilla wafers over the top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, nostalgic dessert that’s perfect for any occasion!
