Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 pkgs chicken gravy mix, dry
  • 2 cups water
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

  1. Trim boneless skinless chicken breasts and layer them in the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken breasts, then sprinkle the dry chicken gravy mix on top of the soup. Pour the water over the entire mixture. There’s no need to stir—the Instant Pot will do the magic!
  3. Secure the lid, set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure, and cook for 35 minutes. Ensure the steam valve is set to sealing.
  4. Once cooking is complete, allow the steam to release naturally for at least 10 minutes. Carefully remove the chicken breasts from the Instant Pot and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and stir well to combine with the gravy.
