- 1/4 diced red onion

- 1 cup shredded queso fresco
Preparation
Crema
Start by preparing the crema. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 Tablespoon lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Tostadas
