Decadent Marble Chocolate Brownie Recipe: A Perfect Blend of Dark and White Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 60 g all-purpose flour (T45)
  • 80 g caster sugar (white)
  • 120 g soft butter
  • 100 g dark chocolate (54% cocoa)
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 40 g mixed nuts (pecan, almonds, and hazelnuts)
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a square brownie pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar for 1-2 minutes until light and frothy. Add the flour and salt, and set aside.

Melt half of the butter with the dark chocolate (cut into pieces) in a double boiler. Once melted, set aside in a separate container.

Repeat the process with the white chocolate and the remaining half of the butter, and set aside in another container.

Divide the egg-sugar-flour mixture equally between the two containers of melted chocolate. Incorporate the crushed nuts into both preparations: one half with the dark chocolate batter and the other with the white chocolate batter.

Pour the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared brownie pan first, followed by the white chocolate mixture on top. Use the tip of a knife to gently swirl the batters, creating a beautiful marbled pattern.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownie to cool completely in the pan before unmolding and cutting into squares.

Indulge in the ultimate chocolate experience with these decadent marble brownies, perfect for any occasion!
