- 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 1/2 cups dry small shaped pasta (e.g., penne, rotini)

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and fresh black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/4–1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preparation
Stage 1: Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Add the broccoli florets during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
