Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 C whole milk
  • 6 slices white bread, toasted and cut into cubes
  • 1 C mild Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation:

  1. Crumble sausage into a medium skillet and cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mustard powder, salt, eggs, and milk.
