- 1 3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup hot milk
- 8 oz diced deli ham
- 2 3/4 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup additional shredded Swiss cheese (for topping)

Preparation:
