- ° 1/2 tsp baking powder

- ° 300g fresh cream cheese
- ° 120 g icing sugar
- ° The seeds of a vanilla pod

- ° 50 g crushed pecan nuts
- ° Small slices of Label Rouge Sables carrots (optional)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
- Prepare the carrots: Wash, peel, and grate the Label Rouge Sables carrots.
- Separate the eggs: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.
- Combine ingredients: Add the grated carrots and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger) to the egg yolk mixture. Mix well. Fold in the flour and baking powder, then gently incorporate the beaten egg whites in two batches.
