Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup (5 fluid ounces) Nestlé Carnation Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups (9 oz) Nestlé Toll House® semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a heavy-duty saucepan, combine granulated sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling and stirring for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the mixture into a prepared baking tray lined with foil. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil and cut into 48 pieces.
